squarefeathersFirst it was Stray Dog. Love the name and the products. This morning I found Square Feathers, a pillow company. Again, love the name and the products. According to the designer owner, Ron, “Square Feathers is the haute couture of decorative prices.” They certainly have a haute couture price tag.
Love collections 1, 2 & 3…simple design…strong colors.

tesseraThe description in the Tessera ad reads “An exotic explosion of bold embroidery and lavish color spice up the vintage Suzani pillows”...for a mere $400 each. The site describes these as ‘vintage’. (I think this label applies to the fabric.) Follow the Pillow link to a page of beautiful pillows in a rainbow of colors.
The Tessera site is well worth some time. Beautiful design elements, colors and a brief description of the cultures that create them. Tessera sells one of a kind, antique and hand made products from around the world.
