I love Liat Ginzburg’s design motto…”Life is big, but I like my jewelry even bigger. “The jewelry pieces are made from vintage elements from the 70`s and the 80`s, which Liat collects on her travels in streets and markets around the world, as well various plastic, perspex, rubber and wood components.”

I thought the featured item was amazing until I discovered the curtain of embroidered perspex. I had to show that as well. I am speechless…WOW!!!

I always look at ready to wear for inspiration. I came across this fanciful necklace by Malene Berger today…for a mere $295 it could be yours. I noticed the price had been reduced to $110 and the item is no longer available…Oh Well!!! The image comes from net-a-porter.com. The site features the ‘hottest’ items in the fashion world.
I am not familiar with perspex. From my research it appears to be a very high end plexiglas and/or lucite. I found a watch with a perspex crystal on sale for a mere $2525. Google perspex for some very interesting work in fashion and art.
