hc0109marakeshI had to revisit the Marakesh Collection from Highland Court when I saw this photo – Color reigns supreme and  its MAGENTA!!!

highlandThis is one of the posts that will cross over to the company blog…Chelsea House. I pulled this fabric for a designer last week. I loved the simplicity of the design and the beautiful background color that framed the flowers. The toned down yellow center makes the whole design pop…yet it doesn’t scream.

The fabric is from Highland Court. The pattern is 800170H-591 from the Silk Empire Volume III book. The color is sky. This is the perfect fabric for a bedspread or coverlet. Just hem…no lining fabric required.

Paishc1ley is one of those timeless design elements. This beautiful fabric is from Highland Court…a high end fabric division of Duralee Fabrics. Even though this fabric is meant for interior design it would also make a wonderful shawl, scarf or skirt. “Stroll” through the site for color and design element inspiration.
