One of my friends is working her way through the year making a ring a day. Now that is commitment!!! We have visited Alexis Bittar several times. This time we’re looking at rings. Check out the Lucite and Miss Havisham collections. (The flower is actually a pin…but it would make a terrific ring.)

Alexis Bittar was featured in an post earlier this year. There is an interesting biographical time line on his site. In 1990 he designed a lucite jewelry line inspired by the Bakelite jewelry of the 1930’s. Wonder who has my grandmother’s Bakelite jewelry? Love all of the lucite pieces.
