One of the many challenges of a new design is the engineering. Alex Lewandowski was hooked on working in metal because “It fed the part of my brain that needs to solve puzzles, to figure out how things fit together and in what order. As I took on more complex projects in the metals studio, it became more critical to plan each step ahead of time and think about how the process needed to progress.”
