Last Spring the dominate color at the High Point Furniture Market was an orange/red that I called Pomegranate…WELL!!!…the October Elle Decor’s Trend Alert calls it Persimmon. Scroll through the featured items for color inspiration to carry you through until Spring.

Pantone is calling it Emberglow. I have yet to be able to work with it. Everything I make with it, ends up in the trash. Even when I use it in small amounts. I keep trying though. It looks amazing here!
HMMM!!! I haven’t tried to work with it…yet!!! Some of the color ‘mixes’ that have been popping up are purple and red. An earlier post about Express paired it with the purple but had a band of neutral between the two colors. Here is the link:
