On the Road to Recovery
I have no idea where the TROJAN HORSE that captured my computer came from. Luckily, the reformat cleaned out the issue and I did not have to turn my laptop into a doorstop. So far Carbonite has accomplished everything it promised…although it took three days to restore all of my files.
