I recently discovered a new TV channel…DOC…the documentary channel. It was there that I was introduced to James Gill. He rocketed to fame in the 60’s as an iconic pop art artist and then as quickly disappeared. After thirty years he is back and working in a collaborative manner utilizing the computer and auto cad to create collages that scream with color. Each image is transferred to canvas and then enhanced by hand.
