I may have escaped Ohio in time to avoid back to back snowstorms,  but it is February and spring still seems so very far away. The cuff bracelets from Marc Jacobs and the necklace from Tory Burch were in an article about St. Tropez style. St. Tropez conjures up images of sun drenched beaches and alfresco cafes.
